Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Roster Labs, Inc. (“we”), which operates ugcbios.com. By creating an account or using ugcbios you agree to them. If you use ugcbios for a business, you agree on its behalf. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Accounts and handles
- You must be at least 16 and give a working email address.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Your handle is yours to use while your account is active. We may reclaim handles that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, are reserved for our routes, or belong to accounts inactive for a long period.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put on your page: videos, images, text and rates. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transcode, display and distribute that content as needed to run ugcbios, including showing your published page publicly and in search results and social previews. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from brands to show work you made for them. Some contracts restrict showing unreleased or paid content, so check yours. Stats you enter about your track record must be accurate; they are shown as self-reported.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ugcbios to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or impersonate anyone;
- publish sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content, hate, harassment, or content promoting violence;
- post misleading claims, fake reviews or fake endorsements, including logos of brands you haven’t worked with;
- send spam, phish, distribute malware or link to it;
- scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or get around plan limits or security.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why where we reasonably can.
Brand deals
ugcbios helps brands contact you. We’re not a party to any deal, we don’t take a commission, and we don’t guarantee that a brand or creator will perform. Agree scope, usage rights, payment and deadlines directly and in writing. Inquiries are submitted by third parties; we filter obvious spam but can’t verify every sender.
Pro subscriptions
- Pro costs $8 per month or $72 per year, plus any applicable tax, billed in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Billing; Pro features continue until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we choose to refund.
- We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which takes effect at your next renewal.
- Custom domains require DNS changes on your side. You remain responsible for your domain registration.
The service
We work to keep ugcbios available and your data safe, but we provide the service “as is” and don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue ugcbios entirely we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. You’re responsible for claims arising from content you publish.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections about content licences already granted for backups, deals, liability and disputes survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before they apply. Questions: hello@ugcbios.com.
